This policy describes the mobile apps.
We have zero access to your usage of the app. We do not track, do not have any information about how you are using the app, including your bookmarks, etc. collect personal information from the app. We do not sell or share any information with advertisers. We do not put an analytics or advertising SDK in the app.
Subpart A and Subpart B of part 515 can be read with no account. The rest of the book opens while a subscription is active or past due.
Month and year are paid through Stripe Checkout, which opens in the browser. Stripe collects the card, the email, and the other checkout details. We do not see the card number. Stripe’s privacy policy covers that page.
We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not put an analytics or advertising SDK in the app.
The app is a legal reference for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Diary entries, bookmarks, and the subscription grant stay on the phone until you delete them or uninstall the app. Android backup may copy app data if you have backup turned on for this phone.
The access server does not keep its own account list. It asks Stripe at the moment you open the app, finish checkout, or restore. Stripe keeps the customer and the subscription under Stripe’s own retention.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change, and the new text will replace this page.
